Chetani is truly the epitome of someone who not only actually knows what they are doing, but also care immensely that they do a perfect job, teach you a bit on the way and will go over and beyond to ensure everything is right including getting you the right parts prior to arriving and having the right parts with him as well. He is well prepared, diligent and honest. I haven't always had the best experience with handy (in particular their cleaning service) but have to say it is gene like Chetan that keep me coming back.
