John did a fantastic job and fixed our toilet in no time. He was very friendly and efficient and was able to help on a Sunday. Highly recommend him!!

I wrote in the instructions that some parts may need replacements, but we ended up having to take a cab ride to buy them as he had nothing.

Plumber was on time and did an amazing job But I am very upset, I entered an AmEx card number but my other card on file was charged.

Nelson was fast, effective and pleasant. He called to clarify the problem, to make sure he actually had all the parts with him (something I certainly don't take for granted), left behind minimal clean-up and got the job done in minutes. He was also lovely with my kids, both of whom were fascinated by what he was doing :-)
